President and Founder, LexChem Solutions ® LLC

Charles F. “Chuck” Malloy is the President and Founder of LexChem Solutions, LLC . Founded in 2012 with the mission of connecting quality chemical suppliers to the worldwide marketplace, LexChem has developed a reputation for the Three P’s – Price, Performance and Procurement. Chuck’s career spans three decades and four premier specialty chemical companies in sales, district management and technical service. At Troy Corporation, he was the first-to-sell 11 new products into eight markets, with cumulative sales of $23 million. At Kemira Chemicals, he was the recipient of the Rainmaker Award for Exceptional Sales Performance. At Nalco, he was District Account Manager of the Year, and at I.C.I. Americas, he increased sales by 58 percent in a two-year period. Today, Chuck’s unparalleled knowledge of his suppliers’ product portfolio, coupled with his incisive application and technical expertise has propelled LexChem Solutions into the forefront of sales representation for the specialty chemicals marketplace.

Communications Director

Steve joined LexChem following a 20-year career at Rohm and Haas Company. Over that time, he served as Communications Manager for the company’s Polymers and Resins and Agricultural Chemicals businesses, Communications Manager for the company’s Research Division, and Internal Communications Manager for the corporation, based in Philadelphia, PA. Steve handles all communications for LexChem Solutions and is a valuable member of the team.

Technical Sales Representative

Chris Mangano is Technical Sales Representative for New England, Quebec, and Eastern Canada, and an integral member of the LexChem team. Chris is President and Founder of Aegis Polymers & Additives, LLC. Representing suppliers of specialty products to the CASE and plastics markets, he has more than 30 years industry experience in consulting, sales and marketing. Chris is Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Eastern Coatings Show, and past president of the New England Society for Coatings Technology, currently serving on the Executive Board.
